RT8120E/F 是通過驅動兩隻 N-MOSFET 實現的單相同步 Buck 控制器，可藉其自身具有的 0.8V±1% 或 0.6V±1.5% 參考電壓提供可調節的高精度低壓輸出。它使用單反饋回路的電壓模式控制架構實現快速的瞬態回應，使用 300kHz 的固定工作頻率，外部電感和電容尺寸較小，可減少 PCB 佔用面積。它在大電流應用中具有快速瞬態回應能力，同時具有外部元件少的優勢，適用於高性能影像處理器、DDR 記憶體 VTT 電源等應用。其誤差放大器使用外接補償電路，內置軟啟動和輸出使能功能，以 SOP-8 和含有散熱焊盤的 SOP-8 封裝供貨。
