RT8120E/F 是通过驱动两只 N-MOSFET 实现的单相同步 Buck 控制器，可藉其自身具有的 0.8V±1% 或 0.6V±1.5% 参考电压提供可调节的高精度低压输出。它使用单反馈回路的电压模式控制架构实现快速的瞬态响应，使用 300kHz 的固定工作频率，外部电感和电容尺寸较小，可减少 PCB 占用面积。它在大电流应用中具有快速瞬态响应能力，同时具有外部元件少的优势，适用于高性能图像处理器、DDR 存储器 VTT 电源等应用。其误差放大器使用外接补偿电路，内置软启动和输出使能功能，以 SOP-8 和含有散热焊盘的 SOP-8 封装供货。
